**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Brewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the craft beer industry and possess a passion for brewing exceptional beverages. As a Brewer, you will be responsible for overseeing the brewing process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe working environment. **Duties:** - Operate brewing equipment to produce high-quality beer - Monitor fermentation processes and make necessary adjustments - Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and work areas - Package finished products for distribution - Maintain accurate brewing records and inventory levels - Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones **Qualifications:** - Prior experience in the craft beer or food industry preferred - Knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP principles - Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment - Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues - Understanding of sanitation practices in a brewery setting Join our team as a Brewer and be part of an exciting journey in the world of craft beer production.
